Courier Shipments

Courier pickup, which takes place at our premises on weekdays, is understood to be on behalf of the final customer, who therefore agrees to accept the delivery costs as indicated at the time of order, as well as to check the integrity of the packages upon arrival at their residence.

The preparation of deliveries may experience delays, even if not due to our will, and arrival times will be subject, without any responsibility on our part, to weather conditions, traffic, public holidays, etc. During delivery, the customer is required to check:

Number of packages
Compliance of packaging
Integrity of parcels
Any anomalies must be reported in writing before acceptance, with a written note of CONTENT CONTROL RESERVES, explicitly stating the reason.

The ordered products will be delivered to the address you provided during order confirmation. All delivery times stated are estimates based solely on normal order processing and the delivery times declared by the carriers. The couriers used do not make advance phone calls nor accommodate requests for deliveries at specific times.
